HoloTap Launches Free iOS App for Trading-Card Collectors

San Francisco, November 1, 2026 — HoloTap today announced the launch of HoloTap, a free iOS app built for trading-card collectors. The app is available now as a free download on iOS.

Version 2.2.7 of the app is free with in-app purchases. Collectors can download HoloTap at no cost and start building their digital collection right away.

HoloTap lets collectors save card photos and records in one place. Each card in a collection can keep its own photos and records, making it easy to organize, review, and keep track of an entire collection over time.

Collections in HoloTap can be explored in 3D. The 3D view gives collectors a new way to look through their cards and share their collections with others.

The app includes The Card Market, where collectors can buy, sell, or trade cards. The Card Market brings buying, selling, and trading together in one place inside the app.

HoloTap also features Game Day, with live scores and game rooms. Collectors can follow live scores and join game rooms, connecting the collecting hobby with the games they follow.

An optional NFC feature links a card or its holder to the card's digital record in HoloTap. The NFC link connects the physical card or holder to its digital record; it does not authenticate or grade cards.

HoloTap includes Holo Points for use inside the app. Holo Points have no cash-out value.

Collectors who want more can choose from three optional memberships: Starter at $4.99, Collector at $9.99, and Elite at $49.99. The app itself remains free to download and use, with in-app purchases available for those who want them.
